Returning
and Exchanging Online Purchases
Enclosed
with every Internet order, you'll find a receipt. Pack and
seal your return securely, in the original package if possible,
and make sure you include the original receipt with the merchandise
you are returning. For
exchanges, please include payment for $8.95 for return shipping/handling
via credit card, check or money order. We don't store any
credit card numbers with us. If you would like to use the
same credit card to pay for your shipping, please make sure
to include the information in your return package.
Exchange Policy:
If you want to exchange an item/s, simply send it back to
us. Exchanges will be accepted within one week of the receipt
of the order. Any difference in pricing will be processed through
the original credit card, and the customer must provide the
credit card information. We don't store or keep any credit card
numbers in our secure terminals. The customer is/are responsible
for all shipping costs. Shipping charges
are not refundable. The garment must be returned in its
original condition. Clothes that are damaged, discolored, stained,
or changed in any way will not be accepted for an exchange.
If a shirt that is not in its original condition is returned
for exchange, the shirt will be returned to the customer at
the customer's expense.
Return Policy:
If you
wish to return an item/s, we will gladly accept the garment
back and refund you the full purchase price less 15% restocking
fee except for exchange item/s. You must let us know via email
the reason why you are returning in order for us to accept
your item/s. This amount will be credited back to the original
credit card. Returns must be sent back within one week of
the receipt of the order. The customer is responsible for
all shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable. The
clothes must be returned in its original condition. Garments
that are damaged, discolored, stained, or changed in any way
will not be accepted for a return. If the clothing is not
in its original condition when returned for exchange, the
garment will be returned to the customer at the customer's
expense. When returning merchandise, please describe the reason
why you are returning. Return items that we received with
out any explanation for returning will not be refunded and will
be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

refer to the invoice number on all correspondences.

No exchange or returns for Wholesale, Discounted items and Bulk or
Special Orders.

A refund of any shipping and handling charges is not available
unless the merchandise is defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.

Card Refunds
Once your return is processed we will issue a credit within 5 business days of receipt of your return. The credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.

By using your credit card to purchase products in this web site, you agree that you are the owner or authorized person of the Credit Card. By doing so you are authorizing /Hawaiian Aloha Fashions to charge your credit card account for the amount of transactions made with Shaka Time Hawaii. You understand and Agree that you will not file any disputes or charge backs with your Credit Card company against Shaka Time Hawaii/Hawaiian Aloha Fashions for any transactions made within this web site.
